Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida and the proud owner of On Point Counseling LLC. I am also licensed in Indiana and in Virginia. I received my Masters degree from Florida International University and have been practicing for over 8 years. I have experience working children, adolescents, and adults. My goal in therapy is to help my clients to improve the quality of their lives.
In our first therapy session, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you’re facing. This will help me to create a individualized plan of treatment for us to work in follow-up sessions.
I believe my greatest strength as a therapist is my style of counseling. My style of counseling is pretty laid back. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate, with a pretty good sense of humor. In addition, I like to focus on identifying my clients strengths and helping them to maximize those strengths to overcome challenges. As a therapist, I'm here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment.
I work best with individuals, couples, and teens who are ready to stop feeling stuck and start making real changes in their lives. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or unsure of themselves—but deep down, they know something needs to shift. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also work closely with clients who struggle with people-pleasing, overthinking, and difficulty trusting their own decisions. If you find yourself constantly putting others first, second-guessing yourself, or feeling emotionally weighed down by past experiences, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. With teens and young adults, I focus on building confidence, emotional regulation, and helping them find their voice. In couples therapy, I help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and break unhealthy patterns so they can reconnect in a more meaningful way. My style is direct, supportive, and results-focused. I’m not just here to listen—I’m here to help you gain clarity, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop the tools you need to move forward with confidence. If you’re ready to do the work and become a more grounded, self-assured version of yourself, we’ll be a great fit.

Made me feel comfortable with in a few min of talking to him, I was nervous about the beginning of the call. He was able to understand how I am, and adjust his flow to more of my pace & movement. Nice & calm. Laughs & smiles. I’m excited.
