Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in OH. I received my Masters from Ashland Theological Seminary and have been practicing for the last 5 years. As a mom, I know the difficulty it is to manage work and home life while not losing yourself to those roles. I love to help come alongside women and men, whether they work in the home or out, and help them manages the heavy weight on their shoulders and find the joy of being present in the moment.
What would hope look like for you? Hope might be the ability to manage depression and anxiety, taking control of your present. Whatever hope looks like for you, as you start to take your life back, you will be empowered as the person in the mirror begins to look more and more like the person you want to be.
Hope is knowing that you are not alone in your fight. Let me walk beside you as we embark on a journey of hope and new life. I offer virtual sessions Tuesday/Thursday. If you would like to set up an appointment visit the website link to set up an appointment or call/email/text the number provided.
I have used CBT and taken trainings through my 4 years of being licensed. We work through negative thinking styles and look at the ABCD model to challenge this thoughts.
I have worked with and taken trainings on DBT and how using mindfulness in calming the mind and body. I implement this in helping change behavior by utilizing chain of analysis and wise mind to help identify what led to unhealthy habit and ways to overcome it.
