Hi there, I’m Nathalie. Life comes with many obstacles. The goal is to enhance one’s coping skills by focusing on one’s strengths and reflect on our emotions. We cannot change certain life events or people’s behaviors however, we can work on our social emotional intelligence and strengthen our self-esteem as part of life’s journey. There are no quick fixes to therapy as it is a process. I help children and adults navigate life’s challenges by targeting short and long term goals with clear measurable objectives. Mental health is similar to physical health which is part of our overall health. Mental health targets our brain health which drives us. I will be your guide to bring out the gifts you already possess. We do our best with what we know as a form of protection to survive. I will provide support and a safe space to address your life’s challenges.
