I come alongside individuals to help them overcome life's challenges with compassion and understanding. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors with anxiety, depression, grief, and various traumatic experiences like physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, neglect, abandonment, community violence, natural disasters, and divorce. Over the last 4 years, I have engaged with children and families and helped them find their "reasons why." I enjoy observing growth and maturity when clients overcome troubling memories or situations.
