Hello and welcome! I am a licensed professional counselor and board certified art therapist. I specialize in supporting those who experience ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, low self-esteem, stress, and trauma. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I am here to listen to fully understand your needs and develop a meaningful and strong therapeutic relationship so that you can feel ready and confident in achieving your goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I have a thorough intake process to make sure that I fully understand your presenting problems, needs, and any goals you would like to achieve in therapy. Throughout my experience as a clinician, faster progress is typically shown in clients who show up motivated for therapy through being their fully authentic self in sharing moments of vulnerability when expressing feelings, and who put in effort to do the work outside of sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Whether you are facing the complexity of a life transition, dealing with something traumatic, or simply seeking guidance on your journey, I am here to support you every step of the way. I strive to hold a nonjudgmental space to allow yourself to feel safe to open up and explore the depths of your emotions.
