In our first session we will start with a brief introduction, then dive into what struggles, symptoms and reasons for coming to therapy. This will guide us to create goals and treatment plans.
I have a specific history of working with anxiety, depression, and PTSD among problems that would go along with these struggles in life for example relationship issues. I have enjoyed for years helping people overcome many problems they had faced in their lifetime.
I’ve been using CBT in my practice since I began 12 years ago. It’s helped countless clients challenge unhelpful thoughts and manage their anxiety and. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your unhelpful thinking, which will help you manage your symptoms and lead a more peaceful life.
