Hello, I’m happy you’re here. My name is Lileanna and I and a LCSW in Texas. My background is in crisis and suicide preventions. I have the opportunity it’s to hold space for individuals feeling at their worst. I also am a huge believer that we do not need to wait until we are in crisis to receive help. I am a huge advocate for therapy and what it can do for your mental health and overall functioning. I currently specialize with adolescents and young adults, life transitions and first gen. If you’re struggling navigating these transitions or engaging with your mental health for the first time, you’re not alone. Many, like you, are seeking support to work through the pressures of expectations, changes in life stages, and discovering what mental health care means for you. Take your next step to clarity and confidence.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions and create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll unpack challenges like family pressures, life transitions, and the emotional weight of being first-gen. Using tailored strategies, we’ll develop tools to help you manage and grow, empowering you to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My professional and personal experiences has given me a heart to work with first gen and young adults navigating life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns impacting their emotions and actions. Through exercises like thought records and cognitive restructuring, clients learn to manage anxiety, build self-compassion, and handle life transitions. I tailor CBT to each client’s cultural and personal context, fostering resilience and self-esteem, especially in young and first-generation individuals.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I offer a non judgmental, accepting, and authentic environment that encourages self exploration and personal growth.
