Hi, I strive to help you clarify and achieve your goals. I am trained and experienced in a variety of evidence-based practices, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. In my practice, I use CBT, ACT, CPT, DBT, mindfulness, mind-body connection modalities, and more. My goal is to support you in elevating, healing, and integrating different aspects of your life into a harmonious whole.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session focuses on introductions and setting the stage for therapy. We’ll explore what challenges you’re facing, what strengths you bring, and your goals for therapy. If time permits, we may also begin discussing how we can work toward these goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength stems from my deep belief that we are all on a journey and are naturally programmed to strive for growth and improvement. I believe we each possess an innate drive and wisdom, but life’s challenges often sidetrack us, leading us to act from a place that is less than our best. Imagine discovering that you truly hold the key to living your best life. This belief is rooted in both my professional training and experience, as well as my own personal journey. Assisting you on your journey to fully embrace this truth into your life is one of the greatest gifts I can offer.
