As a therapist, I enjoy helping people to explore and develop their strengths while improving their beliefs and feelings about themselves. I help clients explore and challenge the negative thoughts they have about themselves. I also work with clients to identify the origin of those thoughts and move past allowing those memories and circumstances to control their perceptions of themselves.
Our first session will be spent getting to know each other. I will ask questions to gain an understanding of what you feel like you need, and what it is that you want to work toward. In session, we will explore what you feel comfortable sharing, and work toward building our therapeutic relationship. This will be a great time for you to ask me any questions you may have about therapy and the therapeutic process.
Through my career, I have developed the skill of empowering my clients to believe in themselves and their ability to do something different. My strength as a provider is my faith in my clients, and the relationship I build with them to support and encourage them.
As a reality therapist, I enjoy helping others to find their capability to identify their strengths and solutions so their world is one where they can live their lives fully. I believe in identifying what behaviors have not been working and identifying new solutions to implement to move forward and grow in the situation.
