Welcome! I'm an LMFT in CA who loves helping clients achieve their goals. I received my MA from Western Seminary in Los Gatos. I have been practicing for more than 15 years. I am a Christian therapist who is passionate about encouraging my clients in their strengths, equipping them with new tools and empowering them with renewed hope.

I meet each client where they are and work with them to facilitate individual and interpersonal growth.
First session
In our first session together we'll start with a brief introduction then address the specific challenges you are facing and your goals. These will help form a road map, a tailored treatment plan that will help guide future sessions.
Strengths
I value each person as uniquely and wonderfully made. In light of that I help individuals discover, develop and reclaim strengths. One of my passions is faith-based counseling and I provide that to the extend desired by clients. I have helped hundreds of clients dealing with anxiety and depression to find a new vision for their lives and rediscover their purpose. I have also helped dozens of couples with tried and true techniques that have proven to strengthen their marriages.
Ideal clients
Many of my clients come in struggling with anxiety and depression and leave feeling empowered and better able to manage the issues in their lives. My goal is to work myself out of a job by providing you with the tools you need to reach your goals. As a Christian therapist I am happy to incorporate faith to the extent that you would like. I work with clients of diverse backgrounds. I enjoy helping individuals develop coping skills and discover resources and new ways of thinking that can equip them to function more successfully in their lives. I also love working with couples helping them to rediscover what first caused them to fall in love and equipping them with tools that can help them prepare for or strengthen their marriage. I am trained in Prepare Enrich and have also completed Gottman Level 1 training.

Christian Counseling
I have been a Christian therapist for the last 15+ years and have worked with many clients who have wanted to integrate their faith into their therapy.
EMDR
I have been trained in EMDR and have been practicing it for the last 10 years.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have been working with clients using CBT for more than 15 years. I help clients to identify their thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how those are affecting their stress level and impacting their day to day functioning at home, work, etc. I have also led groups in CBT.
Couples Counseling
I have been working with couples for more than 15 years. I am trained in Prepare Enrich. I have also done Gottman Level 1 training. I draw upon a variety of resources creating a treatment plan customized to the couple with whom I am working.
Trauma-Informed Care
I've been trained in trauma-informed care and have used it over the last several years to help many clients learn how trauma has impacted them and how to get to a new place in their lives.
