Hello! Welcome I have been around since Fred Flinstone, (not really) but I am active and very committed to helping people meet their personal goals. I have been a clinical supervisor for years so hopefully, I do have some expertise! Fortunately, there have been many positive comments and outcomes with my work. This is highly satisfactory. Many years ago, my career in sales was successful but I chose to change fields to assist those in need. I live in sunny Florida with a husband, cats and dogs and volunteer at a dog rescue.

My work has been positive with motivated people who do homework, i.e. practice in between sessions. I have 18 years working with dialysis persons so medical issues are familiar with me. OCD people have had positive outcomes if they are engaged in therapy. Anxiety, women, LBGQ+ and those with life transitions are welcomed
I am a Internal Family Systems trauma person, Gesalt educated, CBT, DBT and OCD person and have success with different modalities
