Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I obtained my Master's degree from La Salle University in 2013. I enjoy working with women/moms, young adults and those going through life transitions, as well as helping individuals struggling with anxiety and/or depression. I will work with ages 16 and up. I offer telehealth and in person visits (office is located in Springfield, PA)

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our initial visit will include reviewing necessary documents and completing an initial assessment. If possible, I also like to spend some time getting to know what has worked in the past, what has not, and what goals you may have in mind.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have a wealth of experience in the field, have worked with multiple age groups, various issues, and a variety of settings. I love to help those I work with by supply resource referrals when needed (i.e.-career or life coaching, connection to community resources that may help to alleviate stressors). I am also an active listener, while also aiming to help you grow and encourage deeper understanding of self.
