The first session will be a time for us to get to know one another. We will complete a short assessment of your biological, physical, and sociological status. Together we will create a treatment goal and define objectives to ensure that we keep track on what you would like to accomplish during our sessions. Once that is established, we do the work and we do the work together. I hope that you would learn more about yourself to allow for self-advocacy and self-determination.

I utilize many modalities in session since each individual is unique and would require a modality that best fits the individual. Modalities that I utilize are cognitive behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, faith-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and play therapy.
