Trauma-Focused CBT

In the last four years, I have provided mental health psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The goal is focused on processing client's experience with trauma and develop coping skills that is tailored to each client's unique needs. Client develop skills to recontextualize mood disorder or negative emotion and improve a positive emotional regulation.
