Let's work together to gain clarity, uncover your strengths, and increase alignment with your values.
First session
Our first appointment is dedicated to discussing your preferences, concerns and goals. During subsequent appointments we will develop skills to help you achieve your goals.
Strengths
I prioritize the individual. Rather than using one specific therapeutic technique, I integrate interventions from a variety of techniques. This allows me to tailor therapy to meet your needs. I am extensively trained, passionate and dedicated to my profession.
Ideal clients
My mission is to provide inclusive, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals reconnect to themselves, their loved ones and their community. If you are seeking this, please reach out to me.
Treatment methods
Integrative
I select an approach that will best support you. I am trained in the following therapies: Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Trauma, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment, Gender Affirming Care, Play, and Grief.
Culturally Sensitive Therapy
We have unique identities that influence how we experience life. I am interested in your experience, and I take pride in tailoring my approach based on your worldview.
