Welcome and thank you for choosing me to walk alongside you for one of the greatest challenges of your life. You have made a wonderful choice of putting yourself first! I have been working with men, women, and families for the past 20 years and am dedicated to helping people heal themselves and restore family units. My style of therapy is very eclectic and person centered, meaning, I focus on the needs of the individual rather than using the same approach on each person. I do believe in a Cognitive Behavioral Approach as well as Solution Focused therapy because a shift in the mind is key as well as finding appropriate solutions to help move you forward. You are my number one priority!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will consist of an intake session where I will learn a little about you and the reason you are seeking therapy. You can expect me to listen intently and validate your experience. I will be compassionate and sensitive, but will also challenge you by gently guiding you toward becoming your best self. We will set reachable goals that will allow you to see your own progress along the way. Let's journey together toward RESTORATION!!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with men, women, and families for the past 20 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you identify the root cause of your challenges and will create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral is used to help challenge thought patterns and rewire the way you think about your life. Focusing on thoughts is how you begin to change your behaviors.

Christian Counseling

If you are a Christian and want to include the bible and prayer into your therapeutic process then that is an option for us to explore.
