In our first session together we will start with a brief introduction and then allow the space for you to share the challenges you have been facing. This will allow us to collaborate on an individualized plan just for you. Then we will discuss a plan for follow up sessions.

I have a passion for working with victims of trauma and helping them take their power back from what occurred and the symptoms related to what happened to them.
