I've worked in many different settings doing individual, group and family therapy. I have worked with individuals from teenagers to older adults who have experienced personal issues including, individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, abuse, grief, dependency, and many more. I earned a Master's in Business Administration in 2009 from Virginia College. In 2005, I strengthened my knowledge base in the medical field by receiving training and certification as a medical assistant. Lastly, I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Wright State University in 2001. I would be privileged to help and support you in finding a solution by looking through a different lens. I utilize person centered clinical approaches with experience in a variety of practice modalities, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) and crisis intervention.
