I believe that starting therapy is a healthy and deeply rewarding experience. I strive to create a compassionate atmosphere for my clients while taking a collaborative approach to help clients reach their goals. I have experience working with clients with depressive and anxious symptoms in a hospital setting for many years. I have utilized cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to great effect with many clients. I’m passionate about letting clients feel understood in a non-judgmental setting and helping them strive to be the best versions of themselves.
The first session with me will consist of an intake assessment as well as an explanation of what therapy will look like. In subsequent sessions we will create a treatment plan together and explore what you want from therapy as well as what I can provide for you.
