I created Healing Convos to give Millennials and Gen Zers, especially men and women of color, a safe space to explore these challenges and find their voice. My approach is all about empowering you to step away from societal pressures and step into a life that’s aligned with your values. I genuinely believe we’re not defined by our past or our current circumstances. My clients often describe me as authentic, personable, and non-judgmental—someone who sees the real you and is here to walk alongside you as you grow.
