New to Grow
I believe therapy should feel like a genuine partnership where you feel heard, supported, and understood. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered, with a focus on creating a space that feels warm, comfortable, and free of judgment. Clients often describe me as approachable, relatable, and easy to talk to, and I work to create an environment where therapy feels both supportive and practical. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and I adapt my approach to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. I believe every person has a unique story, and I strive to meet clients with curiosity, compassion, and respect for their experiences. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, family dynamics, grief, stress, or major life transitions, I aim to provide support that is tailored to your individual experiences and goals. Together, we will explore patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support meaningful growth and lasting change. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and empowered as they move toward the life they want. Above all, I am committed to creating a space where you can show up authentically, feel supported, and experience growth at your own pace.
In your first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable space where you can share at your own pace. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to work on. We’ll also talk about your background, current stressors, and goals for therapy as it feels appropriate. You are always in control of what you choose to share, and there is no pressure to talk about everything right away. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of next steps moving forward.
I bring a warm, empathetic, and client-centered presence to each session, helping clients feel safe, heard, and supported from the very beginning. I prioritize building strong therapeutic rapport and meeting clients where they are, without judgment. My approach is flexible and tailored, drawing from evidence-based practices including CBT, solution-focused techniques, play-based interventions, parent-child interaction strategies, and grief support. I integrate these approaches based on each client’s needs, goals, and developmental stage. I focus on helping clients identify their strengths, develop practical coping tools, and make meaningful, realistic changes in their daily lives. I also bring a strong attunement to emotional needs and family dynamics, which allows me to support both individuals and families in improving communication, emotional regulation, and overall functioning. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded and connected to themselves while building practical tools that support real-life change.
I provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, family conflict, emotional regulation challenges, and relationship difficulties. I support clients in building coping skills, improving communication, strengthening relationships, and developing healthier ways of managing emotions and daily stressors. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, supported, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we work on identifying unhelpful thought patterns, developing healthier coping strategies, and strengthening emotional regulation skills. I support clients in navigating anxiety, depression, and stress while building greater self-awareness and practical tools they can use in everyday life. I also help clients break down challenges into manageable steps, build problem-solving skills, and make meaningful, realistic changes that support their goals and overall well-being.
Parent-Child Interaction (PCIT)
I use parent-child interaction techniques to help strengthen communication, improve attachment, and support more positive patterns within families. My work focuses on helping caregivers and children feel more connected and understood while building healthier ways of relating to one another. I incorporate evidence-based strategies to increase positive reinforcement, reduce challenging behaviors, and strengthen caregiver-child relationships. I also provide coaching and practical skill-building to help caregivers feel more confident and effective in their parenting. Overall, I focus on improving family functioning, supporting emotional regulation, and helping caregivers build tools that promote healthier relationships and long-term positive change.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) techniques to help clients identify their strengths, build on existing resources, and develop practical, realistic steps toward their goals. I support clients in clarifying what they want to change and what is already working in their lives. Together, we focus on setting meaningful goals, noticing progress, and exploring moments when challenges feel more manageable. This approach helps clients build confidence, increase resilience, and make positive changes that feel achievable and sustainable.
Play Therapy
I use play-based therapeutic techniques to help children express emotions, process their experiences, and build coping skills in a way that feels natural and engaging. Through developmentally appropriate approaches such as creative play, games, storytelling, and expressive activities, I support children in communicating in ways that feel comfortable and accessible to them. This approach helps build rapport, strengthen emotional regulation, and support healthier social-emotional development and positive behavior change over time.
Grief Therapy
I support clients experiencing grief, loss, and major life transitions by providing a safe and supportive space to process emotions and make sense of their experiences. I help clients explore the impact of grief at their own pace while honoring the uniqueness of each person’s grieving process. Together, we focus on developing healthy coping strategies, building resilience, and finding ways to adjust to life after loss. My goal is to support emotional healing and help clients move toward a sense of stability, meaning, and well-being over time.
