I have been a licensed therapist for 15 years. I specialize in trauma and am trained in specific techniques including DBT and EMDR to help process your past and gain calming coping skills. I have found with the use of EMDR techniques that accessing your subconscious with guided visualization and relaxation techniques help to process past experiences and help your identify negative patterns that may not be serving you. I am deeply spiritual (not religious) and are open to discussions on metaphysical topics including chakras, energy healing and past life regression if clients are open and interested in this as part of their healing.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I will go over a timeline of your life to get to know the full picture of who you are. I will ask questions to get to know you and how you think.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel my biggest strengths as a therapist is identifying trauma and specific thinking patterns created by your home environment or social norms that are currently impacting your quality of life and how to examine and change these for a happier more peaceful existence. I also encourage clients to look into deeper issues such as the meaning of life and what death and dying means to you to find a deeper purpose and understanding of yourself.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Clients that I am best positioned to serve are people who are willing to be vulnerable about their life and want to take responsibility to make positive changes in their life. I believe in talking about deeper subjects such as "why are you here and what lessons do you feel like you are learning in life" to have meaningful conversations that promote growth.
