First session
During your first session you can expect to build rapport by sharing introductions, discuss more about your challenges, any prior experiences with therapy, and lastly, what you expect to gain from therapy and from the therapist. My therapeutic services are unique with an interactive and goal-oriented approach; thus, providing inclusion and participation in creating an individualized treatment plan. My clients are treated with respect and compassion while also acknowledging their level of comfort and sensitivity.
