Once you understand yourself you are on the path to working on healing and pushing forward for your future.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

First session I will work with you to find the best therapy modality that will be beneficial for you. We will work together to complete a small intake and discuss why you are seeking services. I will be available to answer all your question to the best of my knowledge. This is the first step in your journey and the first session should be as comfortable as possible, this will give you a glimpse into your future sessions. We will brainstorm our way through building a treatment plan to ensure we are both are on the right path to meeting your goals. Come ready, relax and ask questions, the best thing I can do for you in your first session is to meet you where you are at. Let's work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My mission in life is to be able to tackle underlying issues that a person may be going through and may need guidance. I work diligently to challenge clients to find the best version of themselves. My greatest strengths are empathy, passion and encouragement to others.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

There are times in our lives where we may feel alone, disconnected, and misunderstood. Often, we are not sure how or where to seek help. In our individualized society, it feels like we must do everything on our own. You should not feel like you have to do it all alone either. Our subconscious thoughts can overtake our minds and make us believe our own “lies”, and even forget who we are. I am here to guide you and to help you take control of your life and mind. I will help you set realistic goals and overcome the struggles you may be experiencing.
