Hello! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in North Florida (a NH transplant) and have been in private practice for five years. Teaching was my first career, and counseling came to be as a later-in-life career change. I enjoy helping people feel empowered to create more meaningful lives and experience healthier relationships, and I feel very privileged to do this important work.

It's important to me to follow my client's pace, whether that means spending some time getting to know each other or jumping right in to talk about what brought you to therapy.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I genuinely love talking with people and hearing their stories. I am fully present for each of my clients and work alongside them each step of the way, holding space for their pain and grief, and other times, celebrating their wins with them.

I enjoy helping adults who feel lost or are struggling with painful relationships. My clients dream of having joy-filled family lives, a sense of purpose, and a clear vision of who they truly are. Our work together will enable them to make positive changes to achieve these things.

I had my first visit with Bethany Paige this morning at 9am. I felt like she was very welcoming, open-minded and listened to my needs and goals. Overall, I felt she cared and was there to help me through my difficulties I felt very comfortable with her.
