Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I have worked with client's from all different backgrounds and walks of life. I enjoy helping client's that are struggle with their mental health, relationships, and over all well-being. My goal is to help the client become the best version of themselves and learn to love themselves along the way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will include brief introductions and information gathering so we can identify the unique challenges and goals for therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I always come from a place of compassion and empathy. My client's can trust that there will be no judgement, but understanding and healing.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with client's who are motivated to change but may feel stuck or lost in the process. I enjoy helping clients build their confidence and sense of self through exploration.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into my work with individuals, couples, and families to foster emotional balance, improve communication, and build stronger, healthier relationships. DBT offers a practical, skills-based approach that’s especially effective for clients struggling with intense emotions, relationship challenges, or patterns of dysregulation. I use DBT to help clients learn how to tolerate distress, regulate emotions, develop mindfulness, and communicate more effectively—tools that are vital in both individual healing and relational dynamics.. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental. I help clients recognize their strengths while also gently challenging unhelpful behaviors. DBT’s core principle—that two seemingly opposite things can both be true—mirrors the therapeutic process itself: we can accept where we are while also working toward meaningful change.
