Having a safe place where we can compassionately explore and bring wisdom, mindfully to the forefront of experiences is essential. Taking the time to understand our thoughts, emotions and behaviors using a whole-person approach is very helpful. I explore how trauma and biological resilience have been impacted over time by an individual’s lifestyle and emotional experiences throughout life. Understanding how somatic tools, reframing techniques, and lifestyle changes can help with resetting the parasympathetic nervous system. I also enjoy working with those who are experiencing chronic health conditions whose nervous system is overstimulated or who are experiencing chronic inflammation that affects their mood, daily. I work with adults on their sense of self and building healthy relationships.
Clients will understand and communicate their emotional needs more effectively. They will be able to demonstrate more thoughtful self-reflection and the ability to connect more with their core self.
The client will use cognitive, interpersonal, and internal family systems therapy to bring wisdom and empowerment back toward themselves.
I feel my biggest strength is offering clients a safe place to learn and reconnect with themselves while setting intentional goals.
I enjoy working with clients who are looking for connection, understanding, and guidance for coping with chronic health conditions. I also enjoy working with clients who have a history of trauma/grief to help them with processing their emotions and understanding the different parts of self. I enjoy working with young adults, including those of faith.
