Hi there, I'm Dr. Rich Allen. Are you feeling overwhelmed with your day-to-day work, relationship, and health? Or perhaps you've experienced a loss or setback recently and are having trouble "bouncing back"? Is it hard to make time for yourself? I help support adults, children and families that may be dealing with various challenges in their lives related to anxiety, depression, attention problems, and social difficulties. Together, we can identify helpful changes you can make to bring you closer to your overall personal and professional goals and enhance your relationships with the important people in your life. We can also identify strategies to help you cope with many of the life stressors you may be experiencing and get you back on track towards a healthier and happy life.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Clients can expect to work together in our initial session to develop clear goals and gain some insight into the nature of their day-to-day challenges. Following sessions will include a collaborative effort to develop skills to navigate through their challenges and enhance their overall quality of life.
