About me
I have been working in Michigan for the past 25 years, where I obtained my bachelors and master’s. I’ve worked in long term care and rehab as well as hospice. I have been working with both those who are terminal along with their families after they die. I have been helping those who are grieving find hope again. I have worked with all ages and feel comfortable working with all ages

In our first session we will talk about your goals, as well as areas you’d like to work on. We will come up with a plan to help you meet your goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have extensive experience in the areas of loss. I have seen the people I work find strengths they’re not always aware of and hope for the future. I also help with life changes due to chronic illness, job loss, divorce, relationship break up, retirement. Anxiety and depression are often a part of these changes and I am able to focus on a client's strengths and come up with new coping skills together with client.

I enjoy helping those are struggling with any type of loss. Whether it’s loss of a loved one, a job, marriage or health-I like finding ways to move ahead, while finding ways to integrate the past.
