Life is really complex and challenging so I’m glad you’re checking in to find ways to support a fulfilled, happy and thriving YOU. Whether you are here to process trauma, sort out your future plans or relationships, learn new coping to manage stress, or some other area of your experience that is having an impact on you, I’m honored that you’ve considered how I can support you. In a process you are empowered to design, we will create a space where you can grow, heal and feel better using a variety of evidence-based techniques, a safe virtual environment and our therapeutic relationship!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will focus on building our relationship and exploring your treatment goals. In our 60 minute session, we will talk about your experiences, history and review your intake document. I'll support you as you discuss the challenges that you are experiencing, as well as the supports that keep you motivated and encouraged. Through this discussion, we often surface your therapy treatment goals and agree on our focus. If you find that I am a match for your needs, we will set our treatment schedule and your next appointment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I love this work and helping others meet their goals and heal is so fulfilling. Clients have shared that I’m a great match for those who are feeling overwhelmed, are burdened by feelings of disappointment or failure, need a safe space to process racial trauma and microgressions, experience first-gen or immigrant intersections, live with unresolved trauma and/or have complex or unhealthy relationships. I enjoy supporting the growth and development of those who are learning, growing and becoming secure in themselves, including LGBTQIA+, young adults, and BIPOC professionals.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am passionate about supporting diverse groups of individuals, and have been the most successful in matches with those who have lived experiences as people of color. I am able to meet my clients where they are and guide them to meet the goals they have set for themselves, whatever they may be!
