Erwin Reyna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work from Fordham University in NYC. He served 12 years in the United States Marine Corps and continues to serve his community by providing mentorship and guidance to individuals and families going through crisis. Clinical experience developed and supervised through exposure with severely mentally ill patients within inpatient facilities and outpatient crisis intervention programs. Erwin uses a Systematic, Strengths-Based, and Solution-Focused Approach to support client’s self-determination.
In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and establishing a safe, supportive space for you to share your story. I will ask about your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we will begin identifying your strengths and setting clear goals. I will also explain my Systematic, Strengths-Based, and Solution-Focused approach so you know what to expect as we work together toward meaningful and lasting change.
Combination of Psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills to develop a Client Specific treatment plan.
Interests revolve around how fitness, nutrition, meditation, and yoga can greatly improve overall well-being and lifestyle.
My ideal clients are individuals, families, and service members who are navigating periods of crisis, life transitions, or significant stressors. I work best with people who are ready to explore solutions, build on their strengths, and take active steps toward improving their emotional well-being. I am especially drawn to working with those impacted by trauma, mental health challenges, and high-stress environments, including veterans, first responders, and their families.

Genuine. Easy to talk to. First sessions can be awkward, but this was easy. Great at asking the questions to guide the conversation. Looking forward to continuing my therapy journey and investing in my mental health.
