What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session I like to do an assessment that covers the your background information as well as getting an understanding the presenting problem for which they are coming to therapy for. We'll collaborate on setting realistic and achievable goals. Importantly, this session is about building trust and ensuring that you feel comfortable and heard throughout the therapeutic process.

As a therapist, I believe my greatest strengths lie in empathy, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and non-judgmental therapeutic space.
