However, there also comes a time in the session where we will roll up our sleeves and collaborate to take concrete action towards positive change. This may involve learning about new skill in session. It may mean implementing new skills in between sessions. The goal is to create real change and find your peace.

I have over 25 years experience as a licensed mental health counselor and substance use working with individuals of all ages. I provide a safe, non judgmental environment. I support individuals by allowing you to gain insight, recognize, and utilize your own abilities to reach your goals. I currently work with adults.
