Hi there, I'm Lesley! Have you been struggling to feel entirely like yourself? You'd be surprised to know that you are not alone. Whether it's struggling with relationships, focusing in school or work, or managing your emotions, I'm here to help. I'm a bi-lingual multicultural therapist with a passion for empowering individuals in getting the best mental health support in order to function to their fullest. I am full-time clinical supervisor providing therapy for adolescents at a High School, but I also have copious experience working with adults in an inpatient setting. When I am not providing therapy, I am practicing Yoga as certified yoga instructor. We'll use evidenced based practices, such as TF-CBT, CBT and DBT, along with a holistic and strengths-based approach to get you back to where you want to be. I value the therapeutic relationship, so we will work together to develop the best healing process for you. I offer free 10-15 minute phone consultations to anyone interested to see if we are a good fit.
