I’m Dr. Tabitha Simpson. I have worked in a variety of clinical mental health settings. I like to utilize an integrated care approach with my clients. I specialize is maternal mental health in rural areas where the need is great and providers are not available. I have worked with all age ranges and have provided play therapy and school based therapy services for school aged children.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session we will get to know your story, what your goals are and how we can work together to achieve these goals. A typical first session will include an initial assessment, any needed additional mental health screening assessments and a get to know you, the client, and what your needs are at this time in your life.

Being a mother myself, I love working with mothers and children. Maternal mental healthcare is often overlooked but can have lasting effects on both the individual and family.
