I aim to provide individuals a safe and accepting space where they can navigate their emotions. I value and respect each client's right to move through their healing process at their own pace. I encourage anyone who is struggling with their mental health to explore therapy and develop a higher level of self-awareness. I recognize that there are moments that nothing seems to work. During those moments, ask yourself, "What do I truly want or need?" I am here to serve as your guide along the way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I have vast experience in the field of Mental Health. A lot of my work has been supporting individuals struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Life adjustments/changes, Relationship issues, and more. While in a safe space, I utilize different modalities such as Strength Based, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and others.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I provide client centered approach; I am open minded and offer a judgement-based approach. I encourage clients to express their thoughts and feelings in a manner that is organic based on their needs.
