Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I received my Bachelors from U.C. Berkeley and my Master's from Argosy University (East Bay)and have been practicing for approximately 18 years. I love t0 help teens and young adults struggling with stress, typically as it relates to life transitions and various forms of burnout become the best versions of themselves. In the past, I've worked as a therapist alongside the Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) to assist in the process of reunifying children with their parents.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Having worked with children and adolescents for the past 18 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges, and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.
I work with married couples to provide therapy, counseling and help as well as young adults with mental disabilities to reach their ideal life goals. I also work with young adults who are either on probation or have been referred to Department of Child and Family Services. I also have worked as a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Counselor at alternative hight school group to focus on prevention education and intervention for at-risk youth. I would also like to practice my experience to now serve new mothers with post-partum depression
