What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, I gather history of symptoms,mental health treatment,support systems,gathering background history,etc. build rapport,and collaborate to create treatment goals

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have experience with PTSD,anxiety,depression,self esteem issues,interpersonal challenges, grief and loss,relationship/friendship break ups, struggles with setting boundaries and communicating effectively. I am also an advocate of finding intentional time for self care and practicing radical self love unapologetically. Additionally I specialize in Neurodivergent,BIPOC, and LGBTQ populations. I want to de-stigmatize mental health in black and brown communities. I am open minded,non judgemental,and I can help you find the root of your problems and dive deep to support you with finding the answers within.
