Hi there! My name is Rafael but I also go by Raph or Rafa (which ever works best for you)! I am a licensed clinical social worker who has worked in multiple settings to include, substance use disorder clinic, addiction medicine intensive outpatient, psychological health intensive outpatient, out patient services with clients ranging from age 17-50 as well as community social work. Mental health is my passion, and my clients’ wellbeing and therapeutic goals are at the forefront of everything I do.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. As well as answer any questions you may have regarding the therapeutic process.

I am an empathetic and nonjudgmental listener. I have a diverse upbringing and cultural exposure. Having worked with young professionals I understand the challenges that one faces. In our work together we will identify the root cause of your challenges and to then tailor your plan with measurable goals along the way.
