I focus on using CBT, DBT, trauma focused, play therapy, motivational interviewing, person centered, strength-based, multicultural, and attachment-based therapy.

I would say my biggest strength is being compassionate, understanding, and empathetic. I have a lot of clinical and personal experience in terms to attachment and trauma focused therapy.
